DNA foundation - the spark and the soup

Although nobody knows how the world was 3800 million years ago,in 1920 the Oparin and Haldane researchers emitted the theory,that the atmosphere from that time was very short on oxygen.But it had a lot of ammoniac,watter,carbon,methane,hydrogen and a variety of other substances.Oparin and Haldane also alleged that a big part of the Earth surface was covert with hot watter.This watter was boiling constantly because of the melted rocks that were close beneath the thin ocean bottom.
They were also alleging that this combination of gases and hot watter combined into a "soup"rich in chemical substances,that had the exact ingredients needed for the synthesis of life.The key reaction could have been made by a volcano eruption,by intense ultraviolet radiations,or by electric energy that came from lightning.

The theory was tested in 1953 by the american researcher Stanley Miller.

Using 2 carafes and some glass tubes,Miller constructed a model of the prehistorical world.When Miller heated the mixture from the carafe ,it turned to gas,it went in the sparkling room,and in the end it condensed,draining back in the lower carafe.
For one week the mixture was constantly wormed up,treated with sparks and condensed.After that,the mixture was tested.
The results were positive.The mixture now had 3 amino acids - compounds that unite,forming proteins.
The idea was picked up by other researchers ,that made similar experiments.They created even more amino acids ,even simple nucleotides,the foundation of the DNA.
